Licences OpenFlora

OpenFlora est un logiciel libre, diffusé selon les termes de la licence CeCILL(-A) telle que publiée sur Cecill.info : soit la version 2 de cette licence, soit (à votre gré) toute version ultérieure. Vous ne pouvez le redistribuer ou le modifier que si vous respectez les termes de cette licence.

L'exception particulière suivante s'ajoute et modifie les termes et conditions de la licence CeCILL v2 telle qu'elle s'applique au logiciel :

"Nonobstant toute autre condition de la Licence, si vous modifiez le Logiciel, votre Logiciel Modifié doit offrir de façon évidente à tous les utilisateurs interagissant à distance via le réseau (sous réserve que votre version supporte un tel fonctionnement), une possibilité de recevoir le Code Source de votre Logiciel Modifié. Vous devez pour cela fournir un accès à ce Code Source, gratuitement, soit via un serveur réseau, soit par tout autre moyen standard ou habituel permettant le téléchargement ou la copie du logiciel".

Par ailleurs, OpenFlora fait appel à des composants et bibliothèques externes, listés dans le répertoire : « LICENSE ». Ces composants et bibliothèques externes sont régis chacun par leur licence respective.

There is a special exception to the terms and conditions of the CeCILL v2 as it is applied to this software as follows:

"Notwithstanding any other provision of this License, if you modify the Software, your Modified Software must prominently offer all users interacting with it remotely through a computer network (if your version supports such interaction), an opportunity to receive the Source Code of your Modified Software by providing at no charge, access to the Source Code from a network server, through some standard or customary means of facilitating copying of software".

OpenFlora uses external components and libraries listed in the directory called "LICENSE". Each of this component has its own terms of license.
